Mom fed my puppy 2 pieces of hershey's chocolate... should I take him to the vet now?

No It takes a good bit of chocolate to make a dog sick. Hersheys chocolate is probably milk chocolate... much less concentrated than like dark or bakers chocolate. I've had a dog eat a whole bag of milk chocolate and it was fine (Dog was approx 25 lbs)

Yeah you want to keep them away from dark and bakers chocolate, that and they pretty much have to eat their body weight in chocolate in order to get sick
