well i had to dogs well just yesterday we had to put my dog down.
now my other dog is just wondering around the house lost
and whinning and not acting normal. wtf can i do to bring him
back to normal where he was.

i was in the same situation with my dogs a few years ago. i had 2 dogs and one died the other guy was never the same without him

Show him love and affection and help him feel better. He feels alone.

This and maybe take him for a ride in the country or a walk on the beach

Take him for regular walks around the neighborhood so he can socialize with other dogs, etc.
