she scratches and bites at her skin

what could it be?

i want to start cooking her whole food like rice and ground meat but i wonder if she can digeest it?

could be allergic to fleas or could be a bacterial skin infection. try some anti fungal shampoo.
this happend to my puppy he was itching constantly at the base of his tail the vet gave him some antibiotics
and it cleared up so u may wanna take ur puppy to the vet just to be sure

Probably an infection, or there is bugs on her fur and she itches it.
