alright. So I just bought 2 bearded dragons.
baby, maybe 5 months old?
I bought 10 pounds of vita sand, only to find out that's like the worst shit I could use for their tank..
but I'm already home, I need to take em out of their boxes and into the atrarium. Would it be bad to leave em on the glass for one day? I feel that would be safer then putting em on the sand overnight. I plan on returning the sand tomorrow and getting something else, maybe carpet or sumthin

Hm... glass would be fine. Or some carpet prolly work. Or even some fish tank rocks..

i use wallnut shells its like 10 more a bag then regular sand but way better

there shitty pics i cant take em out cause too cold out they will freeze

guess every dragon is different.
guy I work with said he always just used commercial grade play sand..
ended up using coconut husk stuff, they seem to dig it.
I'm sure me and my lady will spoil em some more when money comes around.
took some pics with Sir Godric while we were out sunning the other day
