i have a 55 gallon salt water tank and theres this oily looking clear substance at the top...can see the rainbow in it.

Anyways one of my little fishes margaret is acting unusual...hiding in a cave and not schooling with her kin.

any ideas?

Contaminants of some sort I assume =/

It's possible you left some cleaning residue in there when you cleaned/refilled it.
