Dogs leg broke. vets closed til morning. what can i do until morning for the dog?!?!?!? someone plz help,

wrap it up tightly with something that will stay on even if the dog bothers with it, put ice on it and heat afterwards to stop the swelling and reduce pain

edit* hoping this works not 100% guaranteed since it just came to me

Are there any emergency vet clinics? Many areas have these, check around on the internet.

Our dog broke her leg a couple months ago during the day so we did not have the problem you have but when we got to the vet they were not able to put a permanent cast on her so she had to get surgery (which wasn't till Monday and it was Friday I believe) They rapped it up tightly in a temp cast thing (it was a little hard but could easily come off) We had her sit on the couch all week and someone had to watch her at all times and made sure she wasn't moving around and someone had to sleep out right next to her. Yeah we took him to the vet this morning. he's all better now

No. closest one wanted to charge 500 dollars just to open up after hours :/ plus another 800 for everything else.

waited til morning ended up being 305 for everything. so probably worth the wait. the dog slept fine which was crazy but yeah he is fine
