Yeah, I own 5 snakes & 4 lizards ranging in size from reticulated python (worlds longest snake) to western hognose (~2' full grown) and am thinking about adding another 'tic and a burm to my collection for breeding purposes... Heavily considering breeding feed to lower my monthly cost.

If anyone has some extensive knowledge about breeding these animals, please shoot me a PM :) Doing a lot of research via google but would be nice to talk to some people with first-hand experience.

At one point I was going to start breeding crickets for my bearded dragon, I ended up not doing this because I only own one bearded dragon and a green iguana and my bearded dragon would be the only one eating them. Wouldnt breeding mice, rats, and bunnys take way to long for them to grow to a size for your Snakes and lizards?

Mice/Rats grow to almost full size in ~ 5 months, and rabbits run me ~ $8 for 1 full size at the moment so I'm guessing that's less than the sum of food/water required.

I would much rather have animals specifically bred and raised to have the highest nutritional value for my snake, thanks for the suggestion though.
