Had to put him down
His back leg was hurt realllly bad so he could hardly walk on it. And i live in mi so our winters are terrible

so i let him out to go to the bathroom and eventually he couldnt walk up the staires because it hurt so bad
so he would lay down in the snow
so i would have to run outside and pick him up and carry him

reminds me of a lab mix i had when i was a boy.

we never found out what he was mix'd with but he was i guess like 80/20
he had EVERYTHING that a black lab pure would be except his fur was realllllly really really soft

Mine was irish wolfhound and lab.

He was pretty fucking boss as well, he is celebrated and greatly missed

same thing happened to my black lab.

never getting a lab again they have horrible hip problems from a young age its sad

Well ive had 3 labs and they only started hurting late in there life
labs are the best dogs imo

Samething happens to my dog.. I got a 11 year old part black lab and German shepherd. And shepherds have a habit of there hips going out.. And my dog can been hit a few times cause it use to chase cars with the other dogs when ever someone left the house. Now every winter for the last 3-4 years we have to keep her in the house most of the time cause she can't walk up the stairs if it gets to cold out.. she walks pretty normal most the the time tho. But she was also born with a pretty bad ear infection which she can hardly hear now. And i don't wanna put her down 11 years is just to early
