My sister and I always wanted to buy a dog, but my mom is allergic to them.
I want something middle sized, non allergic, that is actually a nice looking dog.
Can't be more than 25-40 pounds.
Also needs to be good with kids/able learn tricks

Anyone have any idea of what race i should look for?
Thanks.

e --> I won't keep it when i move out cause the apartment building that I'm going to doesn't accept pets so i need my mom/sister to take care of it when I'm gone to university.

this

and there is no such thing as dog that is does not carry allergens. It is a false advertising scam of backyard breeders and puppy mills.

Border Collie fits your needs; it's a pretty active dog though, but it's very easy to learn it tricks and it's friendly towards pretty much anyone.

Maybe check out a Border Terrier, they stay small, but look like a real dog compared to the mini ones out there.

If you can push an additional 40 - 50 IBS then go for a lab, I loved my lab, she saved my life at one point and will always miss her.

In the meantime if none, would try the first link it shows

get a minature doberman or if you can get 60-70 pound get a real doberman
they are amazing dog realy easy to train.

I trained my dog to stay like 5min and he learned it.

Don't buy or adopt a dog if you plan on leaving it right after you get it. Doing so would be extremely irresponsible.

They're also breeds, not races...

Maybe you should just pass on the whole pet thing, no offense.

I have 1 year and a half before i leave.
And i'm sorry that i'm french and i didn't know the correct term
Also it would be my sisters dog too, not only mine.

No offense, but you should either mind your own business or help me find a dog that would fit my need.
Thanks.
