hey guys, i am asking a serious question so please no trolls
i was wondering which would be best for me
i am good with dogs, and training isnt a problem with me

i am in a house with quite a few people, we have 1 dog and 2 cats
i want a dog that could go and do anything with me ( i hunt/fish/swim/quad/camp/etc alot )
i live in canada so we get hot summers and cold winters

labs for sure..they are like goldens in the sense they are very friendly and good with people and other animals

but if someone breaks in and starts killing and raping you and your family they wont just sit there licking the robbers

dont get a pug if you are really outdoorsie, they bad for hunting and swimming kinda scene. I dont recomend huskies for most people (more advanced dog peops).

top 5 hunting dogs

http://adventure.howstuffworks.com/outdoor-activities/hunting/traditional-methods/5-hunting-dog-breeds5.htm

lab is number 1

Also they are great water dogs, my black lab swims for like half an hour straight, he loves it
"Perhaps Labradors are best known as water dogs because of their moisture-repellent coats and weblike feet that propel them easily through water to fetch prey"

Lab or a golden.

I had a golden when I was younger and have a lab now. Both great dogs.

Really i would go with a huskey if training isnt a problem. they love car rides and are very active dogs.

i am thinking about a husky, but i would have to shave it every few months in summer because it gets too hot outside
