Male or female

If mail do it now

If you want. Let it have a litter then do it. If it has a litter they tend to be more happy later in life

7-8 months is the best.

If you get it done too early there is a chance that it can not work as the tubes or whatever they cut can grow back in a young pup.

Over 8 months and you have to deal with their first heat (female)/being retarded(male).

lmao what a bullshit stupid ass answer

ideally wait til 6 months, however this is not always possible.
more and more research is showing it is healthier for your dog to remain intact until they are ~6-9 months of age. This allows them to have the necessary hormones for their development during this stage.
for bitches it is best to let them go through one heat (season), which typically occurs every 6 months.

it is not the end of the world if they are 'fixed' before 6 months however. and if you are at all concerned you will not be able to keep your bitch from getting bred if she comes in season, or contain your dog when there is another bitch in season, then A. you probably should not even own a dog, and B. you would be better off having it 'fixed' ASAP.

If you get your puppy/dog from a responsible breeder, then they will include all this information in their contract.
