my dog is not following me all the time when i am walking with him it is good to use treat ? and when to use it. I also want to know when it the better time to train him for he stay next to me. Because atm he is following me sometime or he is stopping he is not constent.

Use a choke collar.

If he runs, choke him

If he doesn't, give him a treat at the end of the walk

Thats what everyone I know does.

use a female dog in heat. that will get him pretty excited to follow you.
