canned i think its a bad dog food chemically. its preserved in chemicals that are possible carcinogens

let him go hunt for his own food so he doesn't grow up being weak

Dry food is fine, try to find something with a good amount of protein.

I give my dogs the Costco brand stuff, it's actually a really good food and you can't beat the price.
