Problem is this is only a toy to him. He plays and plays, but he doesn't go for the kill; typically it dies because of a teeny tiny little heart attack. Then he complains his toy is broken. Ugh.

We did! Tried catnip toys too - not good enough. For some reason he prefers the real thing. It's not like he blends with the environment... even so... he finds them. Still wondering if we should let him keep his catches.

Yes! He's got a healthy rodent supplies on his property. Not to mention that he likes teasing the annoying local canine. And yet he manages to let our vegetable garden being mowed by some allusive, bad critters - bad-bad-bad critters. These should be his target, hence what should we do re: initial picture?

Hummmmm, we did check that too. Turns out we had many mice in the house a few years back. So, we challenged our cat to a contest: Who catches more mice? Here are the results:

We won!!!

But now, he ventures outside. His new catches are likely candidates that may find a way to get in the house - but not necessarily
