I hope she isn't, just can't take her with me to college, so rather than giving her to someone else where she would have to live in a smaller tank, I turned her lose.

Now I got a 50 gallon tank sitting here...

Cornsnake, called her checkers because of her checkerboard belly.

She was pretty big, longer than her tank. Nice dark red color with the black and white checkered pattern underneath.

Should be. Only dead mice she ever had were pinkys when she was little. Been live since then. She's escaped the old tanks a few times, so she wanted to be free

She'll do okay. Not exactly a cuddly playful pet, but still kinda sad.

its not about cuddly playfulness. people attach to what they attach to. frankly i hate snakes, ill run screaming to the gun rack. but thats cause im a pussy.

Lol, she wasn't scary. Only ever bit me once... Was sitting in my sweatshirt sleeve just chillin and I forgot, stood up real fast to get the door and she bit my tricep. Nothing more than a pinch really.
