I don't know if these weird bugs like cows because i dont have them and they probably do, but does anyone get these when it starts getting warmer out? (summertime)

sometimes they show up anywhere, like, on the outside of my horses penis. what ARE these flies and what do i do to get them away

they are not horse flies

these are much smaller than horse flies and just kind of sit there drinking blood

I hear saliva repels them. So just get down there and slob all over that horsedick and it'll be cool.

would help to know what region you live in...
no one knows what the flies are? or just to lazy to ask a real person, that is there, and can see the fly, etc...

your description is extremely vague and covers about 70% of blood sucking flies.. lol

Sounds like they might be deer-fly to me.
