they have a fairly typical northern breed temperment. they are highly independent, highly active and extremely intelligent.
They do have a high pray drive.

mame shiba's are not a breed, just another gimmick for conning people, like 'miniature' pomeranians, there is no such thing, they are just undersized poorly bred specimens of the SAME breed.
