My older sister "adopted" a stray black lab when I was in high school.
She named her Coco. We had her for about a week at our house. She was flea / tick ridden, constantly barked, and bit my 2 year old cousin in the face.
Ended up putting her down for like 100$

My older sister later found a stray cat and attempted to domesticate it. It shit all over our house, tore up the furniture, and constantly bit / scratched / and screeched at everyone.
We put that pet down too.

I don't like dogs.
or cats for that matter.

So rather than properly training an animal and taking care of it, you kill it?

Wasn't my dog or cat. It was my sister's "pets" that she "adopted" from the wild for a week or two.

Although, for me, if I had a dog that bit a child in the face. Yeah, i wouldn't hesitate to put it to death.

but like i said, i'm not a cat or dog person.

putting it down is NOT the same as killing it, usually pets that act like that have gone through a lot, and it's cheaper for the city, to get it put down, than to get it cleaned then put in a pound, JUST to get it put down after a week of no adoption, it was the right choice

I'm not a huge fan of cats but we found two baby kittens in front of a house we were moving into- kept one and adopted out the other. The one we kept lasted a day, it slept with my boyfriend and I in the bed and I woke up early in the morning while my boyfriend was still asleep- got on the computer (in the office). I am on the computer for about 3 miniutes when I hear my boyfriend screaming my name from our bedroom "KAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASSSIEEEEEEEEE" ... I run to the room and see the kitten covering up with the sheets a huge shit- on my boyfriends chest!!! I almost died of laughter- but the cat got rehomed to my mom's house that day.

my other, and worse experience was when my first boxer passed away- more of the details of how then the passing and when my second (present) boxer got parvo but I will save those for another time.

I read on the internet about peanut butters and dogs.

So I decided to rub some on my hot dog. Anyways, it was going fine, until BAM! My dog bite it off. I was like HOLY SHIT!! and started screaming at my dog. He got frightened and dropped it out of his mouth and ran back into his den.

I was embarrassed, so I had to make an excuse. I ran into the bathroom and started to scrub the peanut butter from my hot dog. What a bloody mess that was. My whole sink was covered in water blood.

I called the hospital and said my dog just attacked me for no reason. My parents came to the hospital and was like WHAT HAPPENED.

I think they knew what I did.
