it makes sense though cuz slugs are small and move slowly! ..maybe at the beginning of time there was just a group of slugs that populated the Earth and over the years evolved into humans!

he's pretty amazing and i didn't know that slugs can turn into snails lol! i mean i knew some slugs turned into snail but i didn't think my slug would turn into one!

it's been pretty interesting watching him grow up from about the length of a dime to how big he is now!

Edit: in the pic i posted he barely had the strength to carry his shell! he was moving a lot slower with the shell compared to his normal speed!

But on a serious note I think you have a slug infestation. Don't get mad at me I think your slugs are cool though

You should get a 10 gallon tank and make him and all his friends a nice habitat

it's not a slug infestation though! if it was an infestation there would be slugs crawling all over my walls in every room of the house lol!

these little guys are friends of my pet Rascal!

he only has a few friends that come and hang out in the tub and the most i've seen was 5 slugs plus Rascal! (they were going crazy in there that night!) it was right before Rascal got his shell though so it might have been some kind of pre-shell celebration!



i thought about doing that but they all seem really happy the way they are right now and i don't want to take that away!

not to mention i work all the time and wouldn't be able to properly take care of them if they were in an aquarium! i would be their soul providers and have to get food for them and have a setting fit for their body temperatures and that is something that i don't really have the time for as well as the budget!

i haven't seen Rascal in a few days and i'm never sure if he will ever return (which is hard on an owner to deal with because i worry about him) but when i see him again i was thinking about finding some safe kind of paints to paint his shell with!

i was thinking about painting a peace sign on one side of his shell and a heart on the other side!
