Wrong, Pits don't have any abnormality or mechanism in their jaw that allows them to lock it. Same as any other dogs jaw, just bigger and stronger.  They also may have the determination to keep their jaw shut tighter than you can open with your bare hands but that doesn't mean they have some lock jaw shit.  Continue to reinforce some shitty stereotype.

Im pretty sure he wasn't using the word "lock" literally, you took it out of context. Quit being a little whiner.

Are you trying to be funny? what other context to "Lock their jaw" is there except for the implied meaning?

@OP, the meanest dog is the one not raised properly. No breed is inherently meaner than the rest.
Some are stronger than others, like the rottweiler and german shepard have a stronger bite than the demonized pit breed, which is a misnomer really given the many variations of dog breeds that are given this label.
A chihuahua can rip your face off just as well and I have witnessed a miniature pincher rip someone's leg open and then proceed to go after their nose after they fell.
The smaller dogs tend to have a worse temperament compared to the larger dogs because people do not raise them properly and the end up being antisocial spoiled little shits.

no but i am trying to instigate. and im serious.. ive both used and heard the words "lock" and "clamp" to describe a biting action plenty of fucking times... does that mean I actually think any jaws are capable of locking??? no.. and it would take a complete fucking idiot to insinuate that any creatures jaws can actually lock..

a dog is only a reflection of the owner.

raise a dog right, it will never be mean.

also, studies have shown that a golden retriever is more naturally aggressive and prone to attack then a pitbull terrier/mix of the sorts.

I would have to say dobermans.

They are such a loyal breed that they will literally kill to protect.

believe it or not i would say Chihuahua's because their little ankle bitters. Dont get me wrong i love little dogs, i have a morkie and shes the most lovable dog you would ever meet. :P Although I dont think its a specific dog breed that is "mean" i think it is all on the owner and how they raise the dog. Some people say pits are the meanest i would disagree with that because i have been around them quite a bit and their the most lovable dogs.

My friends dogo is a big baby towards most people unless your showing threat towards my friend or his wife , he is aggressive toward random dogs. They are very scary looking off a leash, walking or running towards you.

Most scary to me.
