guardian property or protecting the person walking her?

every dog will try to protect the person if attacked
my sister-in-law was once walking her irish setter (a very friendly and placid dog) when two guys tried to make her on
he was at the throat of one of them in a flash and my sister-in-law never saw anyone running as fast as those two guys

lol no, every dog wont. My dog is trained to deter a potential threat or react in a manner to stop an attempted assault, regardless if it's in home or not.

lucky me, seems i am on a roll
tonight i ran into what i thought to be an italian greyhound but it turned out to be a few months old whippet - another breed i hadn't seen for many years

lucky again, ran into an italian greyhound today - was a long-time-no-see experience
plus a maremma-cross (not counting because a cross-breed)
