Well Britanny spaniel have been bred by mating with English Setters, very similar dog.

nope it's not an irish setter on the first picture, while from ireland it's an older setter breed
the op picture:
definitely not a gordon or irish setter with the plenty white on the body
likely a female because of the 'collar' being not that heavy
facial markings like that not very common in english setter
and the body would be 'mottled' for an english setter
can't see the tail, so cannot make a definite determination
