Hi :)

One little hint: You should fastly remove those plants with the white stripes. Many newbies are making this mistake. Its a "Dracaena sanderiana" and will decay if you will not remove it (in addition you will get a low water quality).

For more infos, see here: http://fishkeeper.co.uk/site/databank/dracaena-sanderiana- .

Ohh wow, thanks for that, the fish shop even recommended them because they should last long, going to take them back and see what they say..

Thanks for that :)

After reading peoples comments on my photo on the photo gallery I did some research on my siamese fighter as they said they aren't great community fish, I've had mine for around 1 year and half now, from what I read they don't go well with tiger barbs or angel fish however I've had 2 tiger barbs for as long as i can remember, and I added my 3 angel fish around 8 months ago and they seem to get along fine and aren't bothered by each other.
If there are any issues when I get more fish I'll probably just end up returning the siamese one to the fish shop I got it from :)

Corydoras haraldschultzi :)

You should also consider one thing: In nature, neons are food for angel fishs. In some cases it is possible to keep neons with angel fish, especially if the neons are big.

So, just two little hints: Put more plants insde your aquarium, so the neons can hide away. You also look for plants growing near the surface, because Siamese Fighter like that or rather build their nest between those plants.

all plants will most likely decay over time in a fish tank unless u supply them with proper nutrients.

Yeah, but it's hard to buy plants that are already big enough to reach near the top of the tank, I'll look when I next go to the fish shop

Well this is not true. My plants are growing and growing. Every now and then I have to put away an decayed leaf. There are some plants which are hard to care, maybe impossible to keep in a aqaurium.

Yes you are right. I would propose an Anubia (Nana). I love them :)
