yes i agree that we didnt socialize him that good and i know that is has something to do with this. but still the main reason is that dog has no confidence

Have you tried him off lead with other dogs? See how he interacts. Have you been trying him out with the vacuum?

i hear my neighbors yelling mean stuff at their dog all the time and it almost makes me want to call peta for the emotional abuse being done. tell your dog he's pretty

and what 'Sire' says can make a difference too
but i would make sure it's female dogs around before letting him off the lead
usually the troubles are between dogs of the same gender if there are problems

Leave the vacuum on in a room and leave the dog in there and he will overcome his fear.
