so you are ruling out all dogs weighing less than
"The heaviest recorded cat is Himmy who lived in Cairns, Queensland, weighing in at a staggering 21.3kg (46.8lbs)."
or actually, since you did not specify domestic cat
"The heaviest Tiger ... 1,025 pound male Siberian Tiger"
your pit bull would barely provide breakfast

btw, this sub-forum is for sharing experiences (enjoyment, sorrow) with pets - not to put other people's pets down
go to "general chat" if you want to do that
and let me add: that all those bragging about how strong/heavy/big/powerful/etc their dogs are, have a very little one (i expect that you understand what i mean)  ;)

Lol  . Someone has to stick up for the dogs.

I'm not hating on cats like that, but I'm saying the average domestic cat. Given, I've seen a couple 25+ pounders but they've all been obese as hell.

I'm just saying if you want something that small, just get a cat instead.

big dogs > small dogs is my 2 cents lol

The personality of even a small dog =/= a cat. Dogs by nature are not nearly as aloof as a cat, nor are they as independent.
