Parakeet bits shouldnt hurt just dont be scared to stick your finger right against there legs and kinda push they will step up

ik i do this he sits there as long as i keep my hand still but the minute i move it near a perch or a toy or the cage he jumps right off :/

so i even tried a stick and they still wont come on it..what am i doing wrong..

it takes a very long time to get a bird to trust you. you will know when he does though because he will poop on you.

but i've had them for months now and people say i should be able to train them within like 1-2 months
