Use puppy pads. If you use a cage for it to sleep in at night but the puppy pad inside it and it will have to use it when it's in the cage. And have one sitting on the floor somewhere and it will often use them. That's pretty much how we train ours.

i dont really want to hit a puppy pitbull and regret it when its older
i took her outside and gave her a treat when she peed on the grass
but she didnt poop
but after 5 min of walking sat there n wouldnt move n kept staring at the treat bag until i gave her another lol

i have a pitbull who just hit 1yr hes a very good dog now but was a struggle in the begining
try showing him/her what they did wrong and as ur telling them no and bad lay two fingers over the middle of the puppys nose. not hitting just lay them there pressing very little
with the treats my pit was very stuborn too he wouldnt finish his duties after he saw the treat bag
so just make it a habbit to give the pup the treat right when u come inside and praise him/her

lol dont shout at the dog, the puppy wont know whats expected so you cant punish.

when the pup pee's or poops inside just pick them up as fast as you can and take them outside, when your dog does the tiolet outside give him / her lots of attention and praise and they will soon figure out that doin the toilet outside is AWESOME. if he / she does the toilet inside do not say anythin just take the dog out and clean it up.

no pee sprays are available to help and pee spray, the sprays help the pup to decide where to pee and where not too pee using his / her nose.

still manages to do poop and pee inside
should i just take her out more often like every 30 min or so?

how old is your puppy?
if you don't solve the problem soon the puppy will forever think it is okay to do it in the house

that is exactly the right action
first time our dog started to pee in the house i grabbed him and carried him out
after i put his nose in the little puddle he had started and talked to him
that was the only time he did anything in the house except on two occasion when he was sick

you rubbed his nose in the pee puddle? NEVER do that. only bad owners and idiots still do this old version of discipline.

Yes very true! and dont just yell at your dog for peeing in the house... this is also bad ownership.... over time If you take your dog out enough, he will learn on his own when and where to go... Puppys grow into dogs, just like children they will learn there behaviour from there parents.... and would you yell at your kid if he pees in his pants?? or would you rub there nose in there diaper?? I didnt think so! Fear is no way to teach anything to anyone, even animals.... Take your dog out often play with him and take him on walks! be good to your animal and they will be good to you in return!

i didn't rub his nose in it but just put it close and told him it's a "no no". that was enough
btw, where did i use the word "rub"? try not to misinterpret what people say

lmao you dont need to hit a dog to teach it something

you need to raise your voice and change your tone when it does it

at first it will start to realize you are getting mad at it for a reason, then after a while it puts 2 and 2 together, potty training a dog doesnt happen overnight

and like someone said, once it goes outside, praise it by petting it real good, they will know they did something right

Had my golden retriever puppy for almost 2 weeks now, he was about 9-10 weeks old when I got him. He is almost fully potty trained, I just kept a leash on him at all times and took him out every 15-30 mins or whenever he needed. And if he starts to go just pick her up and carry her outside and let her finish then praise her. Also you can use a crate like the other people said since they don't like to go potty where they live/sleep etc.
