i've had a wolf/husky hyrbid

that is NOT a wolf/husky hyrbid lol

and there is no way, i mean no way, it will be over 80 lbs. it will likely be around 65-70

our dog never ate any more meat than our german shepherds did, which was very little.

There are plenty of very good dog foods that are high in protein....

you can find some that have meat and veggie base or just meat base.

don't feed your dog raw meat

Raw meat is going to give her more protein and fat then she will ever need as a pet if she was being used in an endurance type of activity it would make sense but just for a pet its really overkill like drinking a protein shake and sitting around the house. Bones however are good for her if you can get a hold of some beef bones they will clean her teeth and the marrow is very good for her white blood cell count. If your looking at dry based foods look for ones where the first ingredients listed are meat. Corn is useless for a dog it is nothing but filler it does nothing but make them poop more. If you want a top of the line food and are not concerned with the cost look at caribou creek ,taste of the wild or black gold. A few simple things you can give her that she will love and will help with her weight and health give her 1/4 jar of peanut butter a day or the occasional can of chicken noodle soup Chicken quarters are great they can be bought at just about every grocery store and are 50 cents a pound which is usually cheaper then most quality dry dog foods.

If you decide you want to feed raw do your research on it there are tons of things you can feed a dog that are great for them Fish, Beef ,Deer ,Beaver ,Chicken (with bone is fine just do not cook it at all) all very good choices you do NOT want to feed them raw pork a hot dog is fine because its processed but plain raw pork can have diseases that a dog an catch. The main advantages to raw over dry food is raw is roughly 70% water compared to dry being 4% your dog will be much more hydrated another major plus generally raw meat is 90% digestable meaning 90% of what goes in they can use and they will not poop as much and what they do poop will dry out in a a day and fall apart even the best dry foods are only 40-50% digestable so even though they claim 25% protein your dog can only extract half of it and the rest will be waste.

Best of luck with whatever you decide I can tell you from personal experience of feeding raw meat for 5 years to dogs that are used in endurance competitions and run roughly 20 miles a day there is no dry dog food that can add energy or endurance like raw meat but it will probably make your pet bounce off the walls if fed everyday. Not to mention you really need to know your stuff and what to look for with worms or anything else they could contract from eating raw meat.

she's not a siberian husky/wolf hyrbid

unless she's ike 4% wolf

she's still too young to say for sure, but i doubt it has any wolf in it. but that's just my opinion, constructed by my experiences of course.
