My dog is 6months old and hes already trained to go outside.

Take your dog outside every morning, after he eats, sleeps, plays, pretty much take him out every 30 min - 1 hour.

How old is your dog?

Mine is a yellow lab.

ollie is 8 months now. i take him out every morning and before bed and a few time during the day. so take him out about every 30mins to an hour?

This.

i've had an unfenced in yard for about 10 years, and a few different dogs.. 2 of them know not to go outside the fence line, and the other just doesnt give a fuck, does his own thing and comes trottin back to the yard, about an hour later.
