Border Collie fits your needs; it's a pretty active dog though, but it's very easy to learn it tricks and it's friendly towards pretty much anyone.

This. My grandpa has a border collie, but he has to walk it like 5 times a day. they need a lot of attention

I have 1 year and a half before i leave.
And i'm sorry that i'm french and i didn't know the correct term
Also it would be my sisters dog too, not only mine.

No offense, but you should either mind your own business or help me find a dog that would fit my need.
Thanks.

You want help then? Okay, here you go. If your mom is allergic to dogs, there isn't a dog on earth that DOESN'T produce the dander that she's allergic to. It all depends on how bad her allergies are. If she is badly allergic, you're looking at weekly baths + brushing 4 - 5 times a week unless you find a breed that has a low maintenance coat. A lot of the mid-weight breeds require an active owner that's willing to spend a lot of time with them. Be prepared to potentially spend thousands on this dog unless your sister/mother are going to be responsible in the way they manage it. Be sure any tricks that it learns aren't ones that will injure it (i.e. - Don't teach a mid-sized dog to bed standing on its hind legs unless you want to cause some nasty back problems). Finally, coming onto a gaming forum is probably the worst way to get ideas for a pet. Google works wonders. If you absolutely NEED this dog before you leave, then do the right thing and go to your local shelters first. There are thousands of happy, healthy animals looking for a home because of all the unlawful breeders and irresponsible pet owners in the world. At the very least, when you do get your dog, get a check up right away...no matter WHERE you got them from. If you do buy one from a breeder, don't take their word that the dog is healthy unless they have proof that they're a certified breeder. Assume any animal you get needs vaccines or some kind of care right off the bat. Spending $50 on a check-up can end up saving you hundreds down the line.

I had a Border Collie, technically it wasnt pure breed since they didnt know who the father was for sure, but he was probable the best dog I ever could have dreamt of owning. Very family oriented dogs, but like you say they need alot of activity. And if you dont have a yard or open place capable of giving the dog the room it needs dont bother getting it.

If you plan on being the main caretaker of the dog and you plan on leaving soon, dont bother getting him, if your entire family wants a dog but you happen to be leaving it wont be that big of a deal, but try to distance yourself from him when you do have him cause, just like we get attached to a dog they get attached to us and it destroys them to see us leave, especially when we dont return in a timely manor.

Hypoallergenic dogs are very very expensive. All dogs carry the same allergens, dry skin, odors etc...
