you are right with your comments on 'round eyes' but the colour is okay, as per fci standard:

Eyes : Almond shaped, moderately spaced and set a trifle obliquely. Eyes may be brown or blue in colour; one of each or particoloured are acceptable.

yes i know all of that, i am refering to the general publics obsession with the blue eyes, even to the point of thinking that if a siberian does not have blue eyes, it isnt a siberian. most of this is thanks to disney from all their bad movies with dogs.
here in the U.S. it has gotten so bad, that it is even hard to find a well bred siberian with blue eyes anymore, since all the back yard breeders started pumping out the blue eyes for the fad.
