there really isn't such thing as a king doberman...it's just something that some breeders use to sell their dogs and make them sound more expensive.

It very well could be a 100% Doberman, but a King will not adhere to the AKC/CKC height/weight standard (27.5 inches tall is ideal for a male) – so anything larger will lose the breeds natural agility and grace.
