lol i have one

its OLLDDDDD now, i got it back in grade school and its still lurking!!
they're pretty good pets (
for simple rodents)they can be potty trained, as in they'll find a corner of the cage and poop there, but if they can't access that area theyll go anywhere.
they love exercise (what pet doesnt)
you can get litter for their cage which has smell absorbing capability
theyre quite fun (for rodents - id say the most amusing), cheap and easy to take care of.
at minimum all you need is to clean their cage/ give new shavings food water etc. every couple of days and give them some exercise

This is incorrect, rabbits ARE NOT rodents. they are
notrelated to rodents IN AANY WAY

my mom bought me a boy and girl when I was younger- they had a billion babies- non-stop, Ithink it's like a 2 week pregnancy or something.. it was insane. And the dad would hump the babies.. we finally seperated them and kept them for a few years but all I remember is poop and babies- NON STOP.
Rabbits have a 28-31 day gestation period

Im getting my son one for Easter should I look for a particular breed?
For a pet rabbit will you be looking for one good with kids? Prefer Large or small ect?
For a large rabbit a French Lop is very good tempered and can get up to 15 pounds
If you prefer a smaller one, Havanas, i find, are very ncie temperment they get about 5pound to 6 pounds
PM me if you have any perticular questions, ive been raising rabbits for better part of 25 years, very competivily, won 1 ARBA nationals..
