it's a pet nail filer, just use that and round out his nails

it's painless, and the cat will no longer be able to destroy furniture, or hurt anyone :)

Yeah, declawing is terrible
My cats are indoor cats too, just place a few scratching posts around the house
Besides if they ever somehow get lost outside they need their claws for defense

I'm not a cat person. I used to have one when I lived in hawaii when I was younger.
Later found a cat in the parking lot outside of our apartment complex and adopted him.
Since then it's always been dogs. But one thing that has remained constant is that I despise people who declaw their cats.
It's on par with those barbarians that debark their dogs.

Has it happened yet? because there are cheaper and healthier alternatives.
Or are your parents just lazy as shit?
I wouldn't be able to forgive my parents or friends or family if they did this to their cat.

I wouldnt say lazy, but alot of people dont like the idea of the cats destroying their furniture because not all cats are the same, some claw up furniture more then others.

Dogs can usually be destructive but only until they are house broken or trained properly, while cats given their nature will claw things, and with leather furniture you cant really have that happening if you want to keep it semi nice.

I am for declawing INDOOR cats, because they rip apart everything they walk on. I don't think you should declaw outdoor cats because they need them to defend against other cats/dogs/other.

I had my doberman puppy declawed. I got it declawed (its thumb type thing). I had older dobermans and they would get the caught on things, and eventually get them torn off. As far as i know, their thumb claw serves no purpose.

only retards do this. de-clawing can cause way more problems than them having claws does. tell your parents to stop being idiots and go learn about the consequences of doing it before they make a decision and end up with a cat that can't use a litterbox anymore because it hurts their feet too much to be on loose surfaces.
