neat I used to have a cockatiel. but birds are too messy for my liking. do you let yours fly or are they clipped?

i had them clipped when i first get them, then i let them fly, they are inside birds so they dont really get away or anything

my bird will put him in his anus and then poop him in his water so i have to change it for the 5th time today
