Anyone ever hide there cat from there landlord? I'm moving into a house that does not allow pets. Any suggestions or opinions? I was thinking of sheeting the front window and allowing her to look out the back sliding glass door. The backyard is fenced around and I will pad lock the gate, none of my neighbors would be able to see in unless they were 8 feet tall.

if your landlord is allergic to cats, don't do it.
make sure your cat is declawed or has the nail guards.

Just know if you are caught you could be subject to fines or kicked out

Not sure where you live but here in Canada its illegal for a landlord to evict you unless your pet causes damage, I have kept tons of animals in a no pets allowed place.
check the landlord and tenant act where you live.

This. You can also just go for it and pay 200+ to have carpets cleaned and no one will notice.

Knew someone that did - landlord eventually found out, but regardless the cat stunk up the place. i could smell their place as i was going up the stairs.
she didnt get in too much trouble, but im not sure what the rules are by you.
