Check under ur bed and in ur box spring and look HARD. Check behind pictures on walls if any and other areas of the house like in ur couch, rugs etc. Sometimes it's good to just throw out ur bed completely. Call a pest tech to come out and check they should do it for free I used to do pest control for years

Yuck...a friend of my sister's got these in her apartment and literally had to move.

I'd say find a well thought out guide on the internet and follow it exactly. You're going to need to dispose of all your bedding and pray they aren't in your carpets.

All I can say is that you're probably fucked and most likely need some professional help.
Unless if they haven't spread and don't hide in frames or other bad places.
