This is our new African Fat Tailed Gecko, Foley.





He is so sweet and tame, I love him very much.

The only problem is, for some reason, I'm having a little bit of trouble keeping his tank at the proper humidity and temperature..
When we got him, we got a generic reptile starter kit and the heat bulb seems to not keep the tank at the right temperature, it's sitting at around 70 degrees F and it's suggested he get about 85F and 60% humidity.

Any suggestions on how to keep it up?
The humidity is at about a 50% right now, so it's close I just want to do the best I can for him.

Yeah! We can't have anything with fur at our current apartment, but I wanted a pet and he's just so awesome. :3
I just let him hang out on my shoulder and stuff, he's fun.
