I have two ferrets one is a male and other is a female.

Hey. I never owned a ferret but several family members have at one point or another. While I'm a cat person, a ferret definately has a lot of personality. They do seem to get sick a lot though, not sure what is up with that.

Yeah, I have 2, really fun to play with when they do there war dance, funny stuff lol.

i owned my ferret for two years and never had them sick before :/

I had a pack of ferrets at one point. Five total. Talk about craziness when I let them out of the cage.

You just have to be careful with them.

They're prone to canine distemper.
They're lowrider pets, so they're gonna be more prone to getting respiratory infections.
They're hyper carnivores and I promise that a lot of basic pet store ferret diets are doing it wrong.
They can catch the flu from you, so stay the F away from them when yur sick<~~~~~ This is the big one, here =) Otherwise ferrets are awesome little fuzzies.
