my cat had 3 kittens.. i came back one night and noticed one stiff as a board on the floor...
being a lazy minimalist and living next to LOTS of wetland i took the kitten and threw it far as i could into the woods...
take into account that i dont like holding this thing... so the farthest i got to throw it was like 15 feet in... i wasnt gonna throw it like a baseball or anythign...


the wife and i went to go check on the kittens after we got out of the hot tub and there was the dead kitten, lying with the rest of the kittens...
so i took it and threw it in a different direction... she went and picked the fucker back up and brought it in... but when i found it this time its head was gone and its guts were coming out of the neck...
so i finally wrapped it in a couple bags and threw it away in the outside garbage can...




is this normal behavior? i know that she has the most unique personality ive seen in a cat... but this has never happened with previous cats...
maybe she was trying to eat it?

why didn't you just bury it after she brought it back?

It is known to happen, The cat is sad that she lost a kitten and doesnt want to move on. Lots of animals do this.
