from a zoo, or wildlife license person.
my grandpa had mountain lions in his back yard (in cages obviously)
and monkeys, emus, foxs, etc.
oh and he had bobcats that walked around in his house.
you have to get a wildlife license though, and a lot of friends that trust you lulz
