I still dont get the fortified thing. How do you get fortified ? ( So you can benefit from The Damage reduction )

Great weapon. Got a two-handed now. Still need a 1 handed for when I change builds.



Grizzly rage in my build. Then hopefully I find temerity soon so it's easy to keep up at all times.
