Musty Tome (Scosglen or Fractured Peaks)

Metallic Fragement (Dry Steppes during Helltide)

Does this count?? I definitely know I got the Bloody Wooden Shard from a random monster in the swamp areas

I think that those items not even exist in game right now, they will be added later during one of patches incoming, maybe during season or expension even.
Regarding the place for Secret cow level, maybe I'm crazy but this part of map looks like cow's head imo:

Yeet. I love the head. I absolutely have been fucking with this npc in your red circle for like 24 hours. I hope you aren't correct because so much time will have been wasted, but I know it's likely you are.
