+ Lucky Hit restore primary resource
+ Lucky Hit
+ Primary resource generation (at upgrade +5, this +12% to resource generation applies to anything that generates mana, whether from a skill, aspect, paragon board etc).

Just enchant the +healing for whatever you need.

Also, a good cold sorc ring. Has a super combo of 3 cold sorc rolls and 1 to replace via enchant



3 of the best rolls for a cold sorc (although not max item power):
+ cold damage
+ crowd control damage (which is any enemy that takes chill, which is pretty much every skill you're using)
+ resource generation (again, this applies as a huge bonus to any skill, aspect, or paragon node that causes you to gain mana)

You just need to replace the useless Skeleton Thorns roll for any +Crit chance or +Lucky Hit chance
