Hello I dont exactly understand much about this game yet, however i will need a guided rush from 24-50 . I have competed most of the story quest for act 1 only.

You still have about 25+ hours of campaign which will land you around level 42-45
If you're paying fg expect 20,000-30,000

so how do people offer lvl 1-50 for like 4k?

you only complete story one time.

Then you can powerlevel any char after.

I control acc:
Level 1-50 - 6,000 fg
Complete Story - 25,000 fg (4000 per act, 5000 for act 6 + capstones)
All Altars + Waypoints - 5,000 fg

does it matter that i have a softcore character who has almost completed the story line? or does it have to be on HC/ this character?

If you complete the campaign on any character you can elect to skip campaign on any new character after that softcore or hardcore
