no no, nightmare dungeons need to be done in Tier 3 of the statue. They have lvls which are separate from scaling. A tier 1 nightmare dungeon has lv50 mobs. You can get a sigil for them from the whispering tree on T3 and subsequent ones will drop from inside of a nightmare dungeon.

If you are low lvl (below tier3 and lv50), the only way to get Angelbreaths is to gather.. but I really don't suggest that.. you could be wandering around for 1 hour to get like 20.
