We just tried almost everything , and yeah it looks level gated

is this now that if even mobs are 10 lvls higher than you like mobs are in tier 4 lvl 73 then booster kills and u get exp just like killing not more than 10 levels higher mobs??

yeah and it doesnt look like you can go in early in anymore, at all

tested it, i can go in as soon as campaign is finished. so yea..capstone b oosts are here.

you can go in, but you cant get it completed.

tried even with a level 47 and completed it for him, didnt gain access to wt3.

so no.

Even doing it solo on a 47 it won’t complete either
Tried party decline
Swapping worlds
Full clearing dung
Reset dung
Having a low level stand outside
Having the low level hit the boss and then kill it

This is weird since I just watched a lvl 40 get carried in a group on a VOD a few hours ago and unlocked. They had the quest for capstone.
