Campaign is the one thing that is carried over for completing it, well any achievement is ofc account wide as well. Tho hc ones has to be done on hc, go figure. So it's just bad name choice like WT3 and nm dungeons are both called Nightmare. Doing WT4 sigil should be called Torment if they are keeping it like that. I'd prefer a different name all together.
Eternal=softcore
Hardcore=hardcore
Both live in the 'Eternal realm'.
