I have a " Boss Armor R4000D Car Audio Power Amplifier " and I was wondering if they could power x2 Alpine Type R SWR-10D4 3000 Watt 10" Dual 4 Ohm Car Audio Subwoofer?

yeah it can but to be clear the wattage that the amp claims is absolutely made up and significantly lower than it claims. that being said yes it will run them...for how long is a complete unknown because boss is cheap because its made cheap.

1 ohm is fine. don't use the bass boost at all.

set gain to same voltage as your head units preamps don't just turn it to max.

im asuming he has no idea on how to do that if hes asking about boss equipment.

op get a multimeter and then look up how to setr your gains with a multimeter. its not the sure fire way but it will get you close enough.
as stated bass boost off. that kills speakers. and ythe gain is NOT a volume control.

id suggest findin out what clipping is. and how to set up your gear.
