Since my first car passed another MOT test (surprisingly) it looks like I don't need to buy another and I'm gonna keep this ford fiesta for another year. It has some rly shitty speakers and I wanted to upgrade to something cheap but better then current ones.

I was wondering how easy is it to do ? Would I be able to do it my self or do I need mechanic to sort it for me ?

It's incredibly easy, are you thinking of adding an amp/sub also? Or simply a speaker swap

speaker swap and stereo, asked at the garage and they want me to pay £30 (thats around like $50) just to swap a fucking stero

Thats actually a good deal if that includes mounting kit and wireharness...

But fir speakers, you wint get neerly as much bass out of aftermarket ines unless you throw an amp on them.
Other than that alpine type s speakers sound really nice, my brother had a set for his grand prix and for the price you cant really beat it
